Doolin village noted for its traditional music pubs is an easy walk at just 2.5 miles. Nearby are Liscannor Stone, Burren National Park and Aillwee Caves, with golfing or surfing in Lahinch 7.5 miles.

A regular ferry service departs from Doolin to the Aran Islands, whilst a pet farm with children's playground and indoor bouncy castle is just 1.5 miles away. Doolin beach where you can pick periwinkles is 2.5 miles from the property, or shopping in Ennis a half hour's drive away. The grounds of the property are fully landscaped.
