| DAY 1: Kilkea Castle, County Kildare |

| Kildare is located in the foothills of the Wicklow mountains and is home to the Irish National Stud and three racecourses. Next to the National Stud are the impressive Japanese Gardens. There are a number of castles to visit in the area as well as the 13th century St. Brigid's Cathedral. |
