Arrive at Shannon airport in the morning, pick up your rental car and travel to the coastal village of Lahinch (1 hour).
Day 1 - 3 Moy House, Lahinch, County Clare
When you arrive, the aroma of baking breads will assail your senses. Go in, take a look—guests are welcome in the kitchen. Dinner at the Moy House is an intimate affair, served with exquisite service in a conservatory. Enjoy freshly picked herbs from the garden and locally produced food—they all conspire to create an unforgettable dining experience. (And in the morning, breakfast awaits!)
During the day, explore the Burren or sleep in. Play golf, consider a trip to the Aran Islands, or the Ailwee or Doolin Caves. Built in 1750 for Sir Augustine Fitzgerald, the manor house overlooks breathtaking Lahinch Bay, and is set on 15 acres of mature woodlands with the Moy River running through. An elegant estate with world-renown cuisine, the Moy House is more than a place to stay—it is a state of mind.
On day three you will enjoy a private tour at the Burren Smokehouse. This tour conculdes with an impressive gourmet lunch in a tradtional Irish pub with the owners.

Day 7 The Mustard Seed, Ballingarry, Co. Limerick
Travel north from Kinsale to the Mustard Seed at Echo Lodge (2 hours).
The Mustard Seed is nestled in the heart of County Limerick’s countryside in a converted 19th century convent. Set on ten acres, this celebrated country house is surrounded by colorful gardens and mature trees. With an international gourmand clientele, the Mustard seed is the best of two worlds: Style (and certainly taste!) without pretense.
David Rice, head chef, uses produce from his organic kitchen gardens. Other ingredients are chosen from organic farms and artisan food producers. Menus are based on the best local meats, seafood just up from the fishing ports, and seasonal game. (Vegetarians have no fear! Every course features an unusual vegetarian offering.) The wine list includes a good selection of half bottles, and a few magnums. Finish with farmhouse cheeses or sumptuous puddings. Then enjoy home-made petit fours with tea or coffee served at the table or in the library. To cap off a perfect evening, stroll through the lushly planted pleasure gardens of The Mustard Seed.

Travel from Limerick to Shannon airport to catch your departing flight (45 minutes).
