The majestic beauty of The Killarney National Park is the backdrop for horseback rides organized by Killarney Riding Stables. Situated in South-West Ireland, Killarney boasts some of the finest scenery in the world. The National Park has been an inspiration for poets and artists for centuries - high mountain ranges, woods, lakes, waterfalls, and of course the ever-changing drama of the skies.
Parties of all sizes are catered for and guided rides are offered lasting for either 2 or 3 hours.

About your Ride
Killarney Riding Stables offer daily rides in the Killarney National Park with a duration of either 2 or 3 hours.
The trails go through the park alongside Lough Lein, (the largest of the three lakes in Killarney) taking in views of Ross Castle and Ross Island, as well as panoramic views of Innisfallen Island. The Kenmare Estate and the majestic mountains surrounding Killarney will all be appreciated to their fullest along the course of the ride.
All rides are supervised by trained and accomplished guides and special care is taken of nervous or beginner riders. All levels of riding experience are catered for and riders may be grouped according to their abilities.
Family-run business with expert guides
Located approximately one mile west of Killarney Town and known locally as "O'Sullivan's", Killarney Riding Stables was established in 1968 by Donie O'Sullivan. KRS is still very much a family-run business with Donie’s wife Noreen, their two daughters Lorraine and Aoife, and son William all very much involved. Approved by the Irish Tourist Board and the Association of Irish Riding Establishments, the Stables are home to some 70 horses. These lucky animals have pampered even more than usual lately with the recent completion of new stabling, constructed to the very highest of modern standards.
