The exquisite dining room at The Fairview is meticulously maintained by Maitre’d Tommy Regan, who has 50 years of experience at some of the finest hotels in Ireland. The atmosphere of the dining room is very special, and unusually for Ireland has air-conditioning, in-floor heating & cosy fireplaces, as the seasons dictate.
The Fairview’s breakfast menu will truly suit every taste.
