A visit to Ireland’s west coast might include a stop at Rosses Point. The scenic wonder surrounding this golf course can be a delightful distraction from the game. This is also a tough course due to its windy location, but the 3rd, 5th, 10th, and 14th holes feature down hill drives that more than make up for the challenge.

A west coast visit should include a round or two at Enniscrone, which was designed by Eddie Hackett. This course features a variety of challenging holes that require a number of different clubs. Visitors can hear the sound of the Atlantic pounding Killala Bay.
