From the Tower of London to Kensington Palace to its hidden underbelly, there are plenty of fun and offbeat things to do in London.   For someone drawn to the macabre, there’s a three-part Jack the Ripper, Haunted London and Sherlock Holmes tour that explores the darker side of London.  This creepy nighttime expedition takes you through the haunted streets of London both by foot and by open-top bus.   Visit the scene of grizzly crimes, including London’s East End where Jack the Ripper terrorized the city in the 19th century, and wind up at the Sherlock Holmes Pub where you can partake in a nightcap.If Jack the Ripper isn't your thing, there are plenty of less gruesome things to do in London.  For example, visit England’s tallest skyscraper, The Shard and experience the breathtaking views of this captivating city from a vantage point to remember.    You can also witness this metropolis on a bus/boat hybrid excursion.  Take the London City Sightseeing and River Thames Cruise which includes a 24-hour Hop-On Hop-Off  bus pass making stops at some of London’s most desirable stops including Buckingham Palace and Big Ben.   This ticket also includes a boat cruise along the river Thames.
